Adopted week of 7-24 to 7-30

It’s been another fun adoption week at Forget Me Not! These are the lucky pets who have fabulous new homes (starting with the top row, left to right):

DUQUELLA has joined her “big canine brother” Simon and a fabulous fun family in Federal Way with 4 super kids; she was great on the drive to Monroe, and sends kisses back to all the volunteers.

DURANGO gets to be a best-buddy for a fantastic couple in Lincoln, a beautiful rural part of Washington – they drove all the way to the shelter to pick him up earlier this week! He has a dog buddy now, who came along to pick him up, and it looks like everyone will be great friends.

ALLISTAR (who used to be Alvarez) has a fantastic life ahead of him in . . . → Read More: Look who went home this week!

New adoptable dog: DUQUELLA

Duquella4

DuQuella

DuQuella is named for one of our adopters/facebook friends; we chose this name because it rhymes with our other juvenile black dog, Ella – too cute! (We’ll occasionally be stealing facebook friends’ names for our pets; ideas are hard to find, ha).

DuQuella looks like a LeMutte dog, we can only guess that she may have some black Labrador and some sort of shepherd in her mix; she’s much smaller than a full Lab, approximate weight right now is 35-40 pounds, and we are guessing she was born around 12/1/10, so she’s just over 6 months old right now. She has some brown fur on the backs of her legs and her feet.
