Introducing Navi, a sweet 46-pound housetrained 12 year old girl seeking a loving retirement home.

Navi is an older gal full of love and a calm, peaceful energy that brings a sense of comfort wherever she goes. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t need to do much to make you feel loved, just her presence by your side is enough. And once you start petting her? She’ll melt into the floor for a belly rub faster than you can say “good girl.”

She has a quiet, gentle way of forming bonds with people. Whether you’re making coffee, folding laundry, or relaxing on the couch, you’ll find Navi following along, happy to be part of your world. She thrives on companionship and will stick close by, not in a clingy way, but in that loyal, soft-eyed, “I’ve got you” kind of way that only older dogs seem to know how to give.

Navi is wonderfully social with other animals. She’s comfortable and relaxed around other dogs. She’s also cat-friendly, making her a great fit for homes with a mix of furry companions. Because of her age and slower pace, she’d be happiest in a calm household without toddlers or high energy chaos- older gentle children would be just perfect!

Though she may be in her golden years, Navi still has plenty of love, life and tail wags to give. She enjoys walks, belly rubs, sunbathing, and most of all, just being close to her people. She doesn’t need a lot to be happy: a soft spot to lay her head, some gentle companionship, and a warm home to call her own. Navi would be an ideal companion for someone looking for a mellow, affectionate, deeply devoted dog. She’d do beautifully with a retired couple, a quiet family, or even solo adopter who wants a loyal best friend to share their days with.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Navi is a suggested minimum of $85 or SENIOR FOR SENIOR (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.
