Meet Murphy! This handsome, smart, and affectionate Shepherd mix came to us as a stray, but he has been busy learning all about the good life in his foster home. At approximately 4 months old and around 20 lbs, Murphy is a true puppy at heart—young, happy, and full of playful energy! He absolutely loves meeting people and soaking up as much affection as he can get. He’s currently living in a foster home where he’s getting great socialization with other dogs and learning what it takes to be a wonderful family companion. Like all young pups, Murphy still has a lot to learn about the world, but he is bright, eager to please, and ready for a family committed to his ongoing training and routine. In return for your time and guidance, Murphy will reward you with a lifetime of loyalty, fun, and unconditional love! If you are ready to welcome a loving, playful pup into your home, Murphy is the boy for you!

Puppies require a lot of human interaction, and all puppies will benefit from obedience training and full immersion in their human household. These pups' ideal homes will have someone who can exercise them with a couple of energetic walks each day, plus commitment to training them how to be the best dogs they can be. They hope to have very few hours per day when they will be without the companionship of a human or other pet, and will reward their forever people with boundless love and loyalty!

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Murphy is a suggested minimum of $185 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
