Baby Ruth SEE24

DOB 6/12/2025  ·  Adoptable  ·  $75

Considering adopting? The first step is to complete our online Adoption Application. Please do not call the shelter; do the application first.

This summer, Forget Me Not took on a major Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) project involving nearly 100 cats and kittens. Thankfully, many of the youngest kittens were friendly and full of potential — perfect candidates for our Happy Homes Adoption Program! These little ones are now safe, thriving, and ready to start their new lives in loving forever homes.

Because so many similarly aged kittens came in over just a few days of trapping, it’s hard to tell exactly who came from which litter. So, we’ve grouped them by approximate age instead — all the kittens with the "SEE" designation can be mixed and matched for adoption. They’re all sweet, playful, and well-socialized, and they’d love to go home with a buddy (or two!).

The first group of “SEE” kittens are estimated to have been born between June 12 and June 18, and they're now ready to meet their forever families.

If you're looking for one or a pair of adorable, affectionate kittens to brighten your home, check out our “SEE” crew — your new best friends might be waiting for you!

Baby Ruth is a short haired dilute tortoiseshell with white girl, a little cautious with strangers.

We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Baby Ruth is a suggested minimum of $75 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
