Meet Libby - The Gentle Momma with a Heart of Gold

Libby, about 1 1/2 years old, came to us as a stray, a devoted momma cat doing her best to care for her little ones. Now that her days of motherhood are behind her, she’s learning how to just be, safe, loved, and finally able to relax.

She’s not the type to seek out cuddles, but she’ll quietly sit next to you and accept pets with a soft, steady purr that sounds like a little motor starting up. Libby enjoys sunbathing, lounging in cozy tucked away spots, and taking life at her own calm pace.

One of the sweetest surprises? She gets along beautifully with other cats and enjoys playing with her feline friends. She’s social in that quiet, gentle way, never pushy, just happy to be included.

If you’re looking for a mellow, kind-hearted companion who gets along well with others and asks for nothing but love and peace, Libby is ready to join your home and your heart.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Libby is a suggested minimum of $50 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
