Meet Bonita - Your Beautiful, Chatty, Cuddle Companion

Bonita lives up to her name, she’s beautiful in every way, from her soft fur to her affectionate, people-loving heart. As one of our beloved office kitties, Bonita gets a lot of love from staff and volunteers, and she soaks up every bit of it. This 2-year-old tuxedo girl is a pro at cuddles and happiest when she’s curled up near someone, supervising from a cozy spot or gently nudging for more pets.

This talkative girl loves to chat, especially when she spots birds outside, she’ll chirp and trill as if she’s narrating her very own nature documentary. Her favorite pastime is gazing out the window, watching the world go by between snuggle sessions.

Bonita is a “tree dweller” at heart and enjoys climbing up high to perch and observe her kingdom. Whether she’s nestled in your lap or hopping up to her favorite high shelf, she wants to be wherever you are, she’s the ultimate shadow with a tail.

Bonita prefers to be the only cat in the home, but she has done well with respectful dogs after a slow mindful transition. She would thrive in a home where she can be your one-and-only feline queen or share space with a mellow pup who understands boundaries.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Bonita is a suggested minimum of $50 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
