Meet Marcilene! This lovely 2-year-old domestic medium hair calico came to us through our feral cat program, but "feral" definitely doesn't describe her—Marcilene is easily one of the friendliest, most social cats around. Sweet and outgoing, she gets along great with other cats, likes dogs, and seeks human attention. Her quirky claim to fame? She considers household chores a team sport and will happily "help" you fold laundry, make the bed, or supervise dinner prep! Driven by a sweet sense of curiosity, we believe that once she gets comfortable in her new home, she will want to happily participate in all of your day-to-day activities. Whether you are puttering around the house or relaxing on the couch, Marcilene just wants to hang out and be part of the routine. If you are looking for an easygoing, delightful companion who brings a little extra sunshine into every day, Marcilene can't wait to meet you!

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Marcilene is a suggested minimum of $60 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
