Kit Kat SEE35

5 months old  ·  Applications Closed

Considering adopting? The first step is to complete our online Adoption Application. Please do not call the shelter; do the application first.

This summer, Forget Me Not took on a major Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) project involving nearly 100 cats and kittens. Thankfully, many of the youngest kittens were friendly and full of potential — perfect candidates for our Happy Homes Adoption Program! These little ones are now safe, thriving, and ready to start their new lives in loving forever homes.

KitKat is a short hair male orange tabby with white, with a 6/18/25 estimated date of birth. He loves feathered cat toys and will grab one and run off with it, so cannot be left unsupervised (feathers can be dangerous if ingested). While you play with him, he will bring you lots of laughs along with ooh-ing and aah-ing at his athleticism. Kit Kat is very social and a little bit domineering with his cat friends when there are toys involved.

We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Kit Kat is a suggested minimum of $60 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
