Meet Kemah, a beautiful 12-year-old lady who is ready to grace your home with her sweet, relaxed presence. Kemah came to us as a stray, but she has quickly proved that she is a total lover at heart who appreciates the finer things in life—namely, cozy napping spots and gentle affection.

She is a social gal who gets along great with other feline friends. As for dogs, Kemah is happy to share her space with well-behaved canine companions. However, she believes in keeping order in the house; if a dog gets out of line, she will not hesitate to give them a piece of her mind and put them right back in their place.

When it comes to pampering, Kemah tolerates grooming, though she prefers her brushing sessions kept short and sweet. She loves soaking up affection and pets for a bit before happily wandering off to snooze in whatever comfy spot catches her eye.

If you are looking for a gentle, mature companion with just the right amount of cheeky personality, Kemah might be your perfect match.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Kemah is a suggested minimum of $45 or Senior for Senior (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
