Meet Plumeria, a gorgeous 9-year-old domestic medium-hair grey tuxedo beauty weighing around 7.5 lbs!

Plumeria came into our care after her beloved owner sadly passed away and no family was able to take her in. She arrived with an eye injury, and after a thorough evaluation, our veterinarian recommended an enucleation (eye removal) to help her feel her best. Since having the procedure, she seems so much happier, more comfortable, and relieved!

Plumeria can be a bit shy at first while she settles into new surroundings, but once she warms up, her sweet and affectionate personality truly shines. She loves nothing more than soaking up warm sunshine from the window, taking long cozy naps, and getting gentle chin scratches.

When it comes to home life, Plumeria is a wonderfully polite and easygoing roommate. She has great bathroom manners and is fully litter-box trained, while also politely ignoring other animals and keeping to herself. She would do well in a home with other respectful cats or dogs who give her space, though due to her sensitive and gentle nature, she would likely do best in a calm, quiet household rather than a loud or bustling one. If you are looking for a loyal, quiet companion to share cozy afternoons with, Plumeria is ready to steal your heart!

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Plumeria is a suggested minimum of $45 or Senior for Senior (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
