Big Sky is a very sweet and loving kitty, about 8 months old, who arrived as a stray and is now looking for her forever home. This gentle girl has a heart full of affection and loves nothing more than curling up for cuddles, purring softly, and giving head bumps to show how much she cares. She's the kind of cat who forms deep bonds and will happily follow her favorite person from room to room just to be close.

Her eye has some trauma from a past injury, and according to vet notes: "pictures indicate the anterior synechia seems more laterally located which is more usual for trauma/corneal rupture. Would need to look with a biomicroscope to determine if the corneal pathology is endothelial in origin or is within the corneal stroma. Big Sky has been being treated with NaCL ointment (eye drops)."

There does not seem to be anything that will improve her damaged eye, so she will probably just need occasional eye drops to maintain her comfort. She sees find through her good eye.

She's currently comfortable and managing well with her ongoing treatment, and her sweet personality shines through regardless — she's resilient, affectionate, and ready to thrive in a caring environment.

Big Sky is friendly with polite cats, and went nose-to-nose with our feline-friendly test doggo without stress.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Big Sky is a suggested minimum of $60 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.
