Introducing Koa, an incredibly handsome young neutered male husky born 9/4/2023, would love to be your right-hand doggo.

This playful boy transferred in from a neighboring county shelter. During his time there, he enjoyed playing in his foster home's fenced yard with their two personal dogs, and did not try to dig under or climb over the fence. He has been great meeting all sorts of people, and should be a wonderful family member.

As with all huskies, it will be important to supervise outdoor activities to keep him from following the husky wanderlust. While Koa will be your best friend for life, he is not the sort of dog that can be left alone in the yard to entertain himself.

He is housetrained, smart, and full of personality! Where are the husky lovers - you can't find a better boy than Koa!

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Koa is a suggested minimum of $125 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
