Magnolia 1335

Magnolia is a beautiful Australian Shepherd mix whose date of birth is estimated to be 8-8-2018. Mags came in as a stray and was never claimed. She was quite thin and weighs about 51 lbs. She has been eating well since being at the shelter and does not show any food aggression towards humans. We have however seen some towards other dogs so she should be fed separately from other pets. ( Because we do not know how she would act towards a cats passing through while she is eating, it would be advisable to feed her in her crate in a home with cats)

Magnolia is a very sweet girl who is quite submissive. She is fearful of new situations, so needs encouragement that everything is ok. She greets new people with a submissive tinkle, but once she gets comfortable with a person she will stop. Besides submissive urination she is house trained.

Magnolia loves snuggles and a good game of tug of war. She gets along with other respectful dogs. (When she is done playing, she would like to be left alone). She gets along great with children and is respectful to cats.

Magnolia’s ideal home would be one with a fenced yard, and with a family who had lots of time to help her grow into a confident pet.

Please consider opening your home and hearts to this sweet girl!

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Magnolia is suggested minimum $95 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.
