Pop RS28

Introducing the Rice Krispie Litter, born 9/27/18 to a feral mom in an established local colony. These friendly little ones were captured after they were weaned and our volunteers have been working hard to socialize them. They are actually really friendly and playful kittens who enjoy human interaction and handling. Because they were born outdoors and were taught some survival skills from their mom their ideal placement is as indoor/outdoor kittens in a rural setting, or as indoor only kittens in an urban setting. They get along with other kittens and older cats, and respectful children but have not yet been dog tested. We expect that with the proper introduction they would be fine with friendly dogs. They will be ready for adoption after 1/14/19.

RS30 - Snap - Male - Orange Tabby. The most outgoing of the three. Loves to play and interact with anyone who walks into the room.
RS29 - Crackle - Female - Black with red collar. Playful and curious. Likes to be held and enjoys playtime.
RS28 - Pop - Female - Black with no collar. Pop is initially a bit shy but soon warms up and becomes playful and interactive, especially with a wand toy.

We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."

All kittens arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and with all age-appropriate vaccinations; most will need one or two booster vaccinations after arrival, and rabies vaccination between 4-6 months of age. Adoption fee is suggested minimum $65 (more gratefully accepted). Discount available for pair adoptions! All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
