Introducing the Sea Creatures Litter, adoptable kittens from a feral colony on which we are doing Trap-Neuter-Return. These boys were born about 4/28/19, and arrived at the shelter in mid-August of this year. Our volunteers have been hard at work socializing these beautiful babies, and they are ready to find their forever homes.
Since they were a little older than the typical adoptable kittens we get from feral colonies, they are a bit more cautious when discovering new people, places, and things. Once they know you, you can be assured of endless purrs and snuggles... but your friends and family may ask you "what was that faster-than-a-speeding-bullet blur that just ran past when I came in?!" There is so much joy in having a loving companion cat (or two) who has eyes only for you and your family. They are both learning about play, and so far Anemone is the champion toy-chaser while Lobster is the champion "make my brother do the work" guy.
These handsome brothers would do fine adopted individually, or as a pair (for which you receive an adoption discount!) They would prefer a more zen-like home, without the chaos of toddler parties or in-home square dancing nights. Some Netflix, a comfy couch, a great window view of the world outside, and you by their side... sounds like heaven to them.
DB201 - Lobster - Male Sealpoint Siamese
DB203 - Anemone - Male Tabby
All kittens arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and with all age-appropriate vaccinations; most will need one or two booster vaccinations after arrival, and rabies vaccination by 6 months of age. Adoption fee is suggested minimum $50 (more gratefully accepted). Discount available for pair adoptions! All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
