Paradise C1716

Paradise arrived at the shelter after turning up as a stray underneath a porch, with 5 kittens in tow. She knew where to turn for help, as the people who belong to the porch scooped her and her babies up and brought them to Forget Me Not! No one claimed her, and her babies have all been adopted. Now it's time for Paradise to find her happy ending.

The vet estimates she was born 8/1/20, so she is just over a year old. Paradise is a sweet, non-demanding, loving girl who is a terrific combination of affection and independence. In the video, she is the cat who is content to hang out on the cat tree and windowsill being petted, while letting the others in the room do all the hard work of playing. We think she is a wee bit depressed about being in the shelter, and will likely become more playful once she has a forever home and realizes she never has to move again.

Paradise will do well as an indoor only or indoor/outdoor cat. She gets along with other cats, likes respectful children, and is less "in your face" than a lot of young cats. She will thrive in a home with one person who works all day and no other cats, or one with a whole family around and other cats. Have a dog? We will be sure to dog test Paradise for you before placement!

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee is a suggested minimum of $40 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our transport expenses, that would be great!
