Teton C1534

Introducing the National Parks family, consisting of 4 lovely juveniles who were born about 6/1/20 to mama Glacier, who is also up for adoption. These four offer the full spectrum of kittiness - two boys, two girls, four different colors, and all ready to be your next indoor or indoor-outdoor buddies.

These cats were not well-treated by the dogs in their former home, so they are somewhat "dog selective" - if you have a true cat-loving pupper who respects and adores felines, they may be able to work it out (we will be testing further to see which of the group are best with dogs, to steer you in the right direction for your family).

They were used to going outside so will have at least some street-smarts to help protect them from predators, cars, and strangers, in case you would like an indoor-outdoor friend. Otherwise, all will adapt well as indoor-only cats given enough perches, toys, and cuddles.

The four siblings are:

C1534 - Teton - Male - orange tabby
C1535 - Zion - Male - buff and white tabby
C1536 - Yellowstone - Female - torbie (tortoiseshell/tabby)
C1537 - Rainier - Female - grey tabby

They are ready to join a real family, where they promise to bring all the purrs and love after a few days of adjustment to STRANGENESS - not that YOU are strange, or your home, that's not what I'm saying, unless you ARE strange, which is great - cats like unique humans - but cats are notoriously slow at accepting situations, people, and places that are strange TO THEM. So, once they get used to you (no matter how strange you are), they will be delighted to be your new best friends.

We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."

All kittens arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and with all age-appropriate vaccinations. Adoption fee is suggested minimum $50 (more gratefully accepted). Discount available for pair adoptions! All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our transport expenses, that would be great!
