Glacier C1533

Glacier is a beautiful medium-haired dilute tortoiseshell female whose estimated date of birth is 10/1/2019. She was brought to us as an owner surrender, along with her 4 juvenile kittens, after their original family lost their home in a fire. They are the National Parks family.

She is an affectionate girl, but not overly needy (unlike my cat who is currently sitting on my lap trying desperately to get me to stop typing). She's the sort of quiet, unassuming roommate that will gradually sneak her way into your heart until you can't imagine living with anyone else.

Glacier was used to going outside so will have at least some street-smarts to help protect her from predators, cars, and strangers, in case you would like an indoor-outdoor friend. Otherwise, she will adapt well as an indoor-only cat given enough perches, toys, and cuddles. Especially cuddles. She's not a huge fan of dogs, but may be able to adapt to a cat-friendly, respectful dog if given enough time for slow introductions.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Glacier is a suggested minimum of $40 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
