Lilly C1509

Introducing Lilly, an extra-Reubenesque female torbie (tortoiseshell/tabby) born about 10-1-2012. Lilly was brought to us after her owner passed away. She currently weighs about 18 pounds! We had a blood panel run for her to make sure she is as healthy as she is large, and she passed with flying colors. A slow weight loss plan will help her joints stay mobile for many more fun-filled years. You'll note we did not use the "D" word - Lilly is adamant that she does NOT need a DIET, she is just big boned. However, a "fitness program" would be a great idea.

This girl was clearly loved and has a very sweet disposition. She loves to be brushed and petted and will make someone a great lap cat. She likes people of all ages and is currently sharing a room with two other cats. There have been a few hisses but they mostly seem to ignore one another; she would not be a great choice if you are specifically looking for a friend for your lonely cat, but could cohabitate with other cats as long as they are willing to live and let live. She does not seem to be a fan of dogs. She's also an excellent candidate for an only cat placement, if you are looking for a great sidekick to be your one and only.

Lilly wants you to know she is ready and willing to become the next viral video cat. While she knows Grumpy Cat left a void that can never truly be filled, she also knows someone has to TRY. She's sharing all of her best big-girl-kitty looks and profiles in her listing, so you can get an idea of her talents.

Of course, if all you want is a hefty hunk of fuzzy cuddles, she is definitely ready to oblige. Winter is Coming, and who better to binge-rewatch Game of Thrones with you?

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Lilly is a suggested minimum of $20 (more gratefully accepted), or Senior for Senior - adopters over 65 may name their own adoption fee. All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our transport expenses, that would be great!
