Introducing the Eenie Meenie litter, born 5/17/2020 at the shelter. After they were weaned, the mother was spayed and returned to her happy family, and now the babies are ready for their forever homes!
Since these cuties were born at the shelter, they are confident, outgoing, well-socialized kittens who will make terrific family members. All are playful and affectionate. As you can see in the video, Meenie thinks the way her siblings Miney and Moe play is MOST undignified. Miney is a boisterous and athletic girl, and Moe is an enthusiastic boy, in constrast to Meenie's somewhat demure and ladylike purrrrsonality. They should do well in pretty much any type of family, and will bring lots of laughter and joy to the family. They have never been outside before, so would do best in an indoor only home. The three available are:
C1461 - Moe - male - orange/white
C1463 - Meenie - female - torbie (tortoiseshell/tabby)
C1464 - Miney - female - tabby/white
(Yes, there is an Eenie, but she has already been claimed by an eager adopter).
We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."
All kittens arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and with all age-appropriate vaccinations; most will need one or two booster vaccinations after arrival, and rabies vaccination between 4-6 months of age. Adoption fee is suggested minimum $65 (more gratefully accepted). Discount available for pair adoptions! All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
