Introducing Ring Tail, a domestic short hair orange tabby whose date of birth is estimated to be 12/25/2013. Ring Tail and his "sister" Speed Walker were brought to us under our Guardian Angel program when their owner passed away.
Ring Tail is placid boy who is used to living in a quiet home with just his human dad and sister. At the shelter Ring Tail can usually be found hanging out in his cubby though he will come out when coaxed. You can always get him to come around for catnip! He seems like he wants to play with the wand toy; we suspect he would need to be a bit more in his comfort zone before doing so. He really enjoys chin scratches and even the occasional belly rub. His ideal home would be quiet one. Ring Tail has got along well with the other cats in his room so we believe he will do well in a home with other cats. Though cautious, he seems to be tolerant of respectful dogs. He would not be suited for young children or toddlers.
All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Ring Tail is a suggested minimum of $40 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
