Introducing the Shades of Blue litter. These kittens were born 8-20-18 and came to us with their mom, Silverbell, as owner surrenders because the owner could not care for so many cats. The litter consists of 3 females and 2 males. The two males have already been adopted. The 3 sisters are now hoping to find their forever homes and are eager to find their way into your heart. The kittens enjoy respectful children, adults, other cats but have not yet been dog tested. Because they are still young we suspect that with proper introduction they will do fine with an indifferent dog.
C1269 Celeste - A beautiful short hair grey tabby female who is curious and affectionate. She will be your best friend forever if you play with her with the wand toy.
C1268 Iris - All grey female who looks to be of Russian Blue decent. She is completely grey including paw pads and nose. She is a friendly girl who enjoys being petted and observing the activity of her roommates.
C1270 Cyan - A grey and white female. Loves the company of her litter mates. She take some time to warm up but once she does is a very sweet girl.
We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."
All kittens arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and with all age-appropriate vaccinations; most will need one or two booster vaccinations after arrival, and rabies vaccination between 4-6 months of age. Adoption fee is suggested minimum $50 (more gratefully accepted). Discount available for pair adoptions! All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
