5/12/15:

Daisy is adjusting well to her new home. From the moment we collected her she has been such a loving good girl! I've tried not to overdo the activities yet with her but we've had several car rides, an off leash forest hike, and lots of backyard time with Bandit. She seemed a little unsure about getting in the car at first--maybe she thought she was headed to a new home again. But she is more sure now about hopping in. She's just about learned the "wait" command when any door is opened. She's so eager to learn. It's been a challenge to keep her off the furniture but we're working on it. She's gotten a bit wigged out by passing cyclists and other dogs when we're car riding. I'm hoping as her confidence and comfort grows this will be a non issue. Today we'll venture out in the neighborhood on leash and see how the various encounters go. In general, I think she's doing great. Eating well, good fun play with Bandit, sweet and eager to please with us. All good stuff. No accidents, chewing or anything objectionable. Thanks for the great work in getting Daisy to us! Tracy was wonderful and we were able to collect Daisy about 15 mins ahead of schedule. Your paperwork was so well organized and medical records complete.
