Just a note to let you know the girls had their first vet appointment today, and they are doing great. Poet at 16 lbs 3 oz, Ruby at 15 lbs 2 oz. hard to believe how fast they grow, now at three months.

Poet is very laid back, and Ruby seems to be the alpha.  Or perhaps that is just Poet letting her get a false sense of security before she brings the hammer down.  Regardless, they are both wonderful.  A lot of work with the two girls, but so very worth it. 

it's going great.  Well, other than the lack of sleep for the night time bathroom breaks, but we knew we were in for that.

They are doing well, are really doing great in the bathroom training and seem to be very happy.

We do see that Poet is a larger eater than Ruby, so kind of work towards making sure they get the same amount by separating bowls.  They both are growing. 

They both have lots of energy and enjoy the yard pretty much to every inch.

Next week we will start more on separate training for each, so that we can start to individualize them a bit more.  But the first week has just been about getting them to know and be comfortable in their new home.
