3/31/13:

Maisy is a huge fan of digging, so that's a bit tough.  She's also a fan of my son's 2 favorite stuffed animals and my shoes (I've lost 3 pairs of heels already) .  It's funny though, she doesn't go after anyone's shoes but mine and only seems to like Ethan's stuffed animals.  She loves to play with the kids (though sometimes she's too excited and knocks them around, but we're catching the hang of it).  She's a very good listener, but when she does get into trouble she gets very very scared so I wonder if maybe there was a bit of abuse in her younger years.  She is sooooo loving though, she cuddles and sleeps with the kids as often as she can.  I have a friend in town and she instantly fell in love with him and won't leave his side.  She's such a sweet little girl.

Montana has made his presence known a few times but it doesn't bother Maisy at all, it's like she has no idea that the cat is even there!  She has indeed met her "uncle" the Anatolian and they get along just fine.

She's had several accidents (number 1 and number 2) in the house, but all have been while she had full access to the back yard, so I'm not really sure what to do about that...maybe just because she's still getting used to things in her new home?

Anyhow, she's a wonderful dog...but unlikely to ever be a guard dog as I'm pretty sure she'd make best friends with any would-be robber!

Thanks for checking in!  I don't have any pictures at the ready, but will send some soon.
