Thought you might enjoy some pics of Macaroni.  She's doing great!  Still a BIG sweetie and she certainly holds her own with our old man Oscar (who happened to be found in a large dumpster as a pup thus the name).  He can also be quite grouchy but he is the almost ever ready play mate for Macaroni.  We are working on training, nothing formal but we may need a little since she is quite persistent when she wants her way.  She likes to dig and she still jumps on the table if no one is looking but she listens when we catch her in the act.  Love seeing the follow ups on her brothers and sisters, very curious on how they all will grow up.  Macaroni is getting a brownish top coat and has a very distinct ridge along her back when anything gets her riled up, most namely raccoons just outside the yard.  Maybe some ridgeback in there??

She is doing great, such a sweetie. We're working on pooping in the house, otherwise she's really doing great with potty outside. Oscar (our old dog) is happy to have a pal and is gentle but firm with her. Kids are completely enamored with her but their willingness to always participate in care and feeding waxes and wanes (such is the attention span of the under 10 set). All in all really good and so happy to have her in our family.

Macaroni is what our 3 yr old daughter informed us her name was, and she is adamant about it so it stuck. Although my mom has called her both bacon and marshmallow : ) We'll be getting her into the vet this week, is she just due for a booster and a little check up? I still have to register her chip we've been so busy this past week with our 8 year olds birthday, busy restaurant etc but I've been home plenty to ease Macaroni in plus she's gotten some car trips and new people attention a few days.

She's great in the car. She IS a jumper and has gotten on the dining room table more than once so we're working on that and we need to work on her coming when called since we're next to an open driveway. Any tips on that would be great.

Thank you again, we really appreciate the work you all do, your care and dedication truly show. We'd love more pup pics if you all have any to e-mail. I'll send some your way as well once I download.

Thank you all so much for the work you do. Pepperoni (now named Macaroni thanks to our 3 year old who is adamant that's her name) is settling in well. She's still a little overwhelmed but she's a sweet pup and catching on quickly. We'll continue to update you. Thanks again.
