11/22/13:

Just wanted to update you on Candy. She is getting along extremely well with Yami. I think it was only two days before they were fine with each other. However she is going through a lot, first with URI and then an ear infection. Now her stump is bothering her and she has been chewing on it =(

The vet has advised amputating it because the bone is protruding, and it will most likely continue to happen even if the skin heals. Candy definitely isn't liking the pain or all of the bandages and medicines. Cindy and I are going to try to get the surgery done as soon as possible. We'll update you again afterwards.
