12/4/12:
Allie completed her basic and beyond basic obedience tests and will be sitting for her TDI (Therapy Dogs International) test later this month. I am looking forward to getting Allie out working with kids (she is fantasitic with them and really enjoys being around young kids). She is definantly still a puppy and is working through some puppy behaviors, but overall I could not be happier to have her in my family. Her personality has really started to emerge and she is constantly cracking me up with her antics.
I have attached a picture of Didymus and Allie-Pants from a hike this summer and a picture of her obedience exam.

I just wanted to update you regarding Allie. She has been adjusting beautifully to our home (minus an incident of her eating my couch). She started obedience classes this past week and is really enjoying them. Her and Didymus are the best of friends and play constantly. House training was a breeze and she has established her spot on the bed, not surprisingly, cuddled up right next to me.

Allie and Didy are the best of friends and Allie is adjusting beautifully! She is going for her first hike Sunday and starting obedience classes next Saturday.

I know the picture is a little blurry but I thought you would like a picture of Allie settling in. She is a wonderful fit for our family and she is happy as a clam. More pictures and updates to follow!
