1/24/12:

I can't get any of them all together Buster and Ziggy (the kitten formerly known as Lambert) are buddies they chase each other around the house Marley is a brat and tries to stay out of everyones way unless she's attacking Busters tail. Buster and Ziggy love cuddling in the bed at bedtime. Buster still thinks he's a lap dog if you can't tell from the pictures he's so good though we took him to the dog park and he played with all the other dogs and ran away from the one tiny dog that started barking at him.

I just wanted to thank you for all your help over the summer. Buster went to live with grandma for a little while and has been brought back to the house to live with us, now that our living situation has been worked out . I'm so happy I wasn't forced to give him back, he is still my best friend. We had a really good christmas and new years with him and the kitties, it was so cute they all cuddled up with us in front of the fireplace for new years. I hope your holidays were great and thank you again so much for my family my life would not be the same without them. Happy New Year!

9/9/11:

Buster is doing wonderful - he's a great companion in this confusing time. He's so happy, he goes everywhere with me. He loves the cats - I think he may think he's a big cat himself. I was surprised to see Marley after only an hour prowling around the house to check him out, normally Lambert is the adventurous cat.

(NOTE: Marley and Lambert are kitties that were also FMNAS adoptees!)

He is an attention hog and a cuddler. He watches tv with me on the couch and I wake up in the morning with the cats on my head and Buster over my torso, it's really quite funny.

We go on 2 half hour brisk walks a day at least (I've lost a few pounds with this guy). So far my only concerns are how to get him to stop jumping up on me and pawing me in the face. I tell him down and put all his paws back on the ground and he just paws at me or tries again, I tell him no while I do it and try to walk away so he doesnt get attention for the action and it doesn't seem to phase him. He does really well with sit and lay down since he has to sit before he eats or gets the leash put on. Overall he's a really good boy and I just love him. He's my best friend.

I'm planning on taking him to an obedience training class soon.

Photos of buster relaxing post-walk, and licking one of his new friends in his vicious pitbull manner (ha ha ha):
