I will send some pics when I can and maybe a short story so you can post it on your website. I want people to realize that Pit Bulls are wonderful dogs and the bad reputations they have acquired should not stigmatize them.

Everything is going great. We are really bonding, although he has a tendency to cower or jump when I do certain things, like move too fast or make a noise he wasn’t prepared for. I am sure he will get used to my actions and will be fine. My next objective this weekend is to give him a bath. We will see how he like water. Should be a comedy show in itself I am guessing. Other than that we have really bonded and are doing well.
He is a wonderful dog. We are still getting to know each other, but there have been no issues of any sort. He did exceptionally well on Monday when I had to leave him to go to work. The only thing he got into was some papers I had laying around and he chewed up one of my hats, which was okay because it was an old one. But aside from that he did wonderfully.
As for the sleeping arrangements, since I have just recently moved into this house, I don’t have a bed yet, and have been sleeping on a love seat I bought. Well, Dodge really enjoys laying on me and sleeping with me so he climbs on top of when we sleep. It makes for a rather cozy situation, but I love it. He keeps me warm at night.
He is just a big baby and loves to lay his head on my lap while I do work on the computer. He does not like deer though. I am working with him on that and he is getting better.
I had to stay at work late tonight, so I ran home and picked him up and brought him to work with me. He did really well. Everyone in my office loves him and he just follows me around where ever I go. We are really starting to bond.
So, all in all, things are going really well. Thank you again for taking such good care of him and having the faith in me to be a good match with Dodge. He is exactly the pet and buddy I was looking for. I will be in touch and will send some more pictures soon.
