Nina is a very sweet, somewhat timid LeMutte mix girl, born 12/5/16. She is still very much a puppy, and is hoping for a home that will teach her all the important life skills, like rolling in dandelions, and leaping to try to catch butterflies, and the finer arts of selecting the proper item to chew and mastering potty training every day, every time. She should end up a medium sized dog (with her breed mix - border collie, husky, Labrador, Australian Shepherd, and who knows what else - she could end up anywhere from 45# - 70#), and is young enough to learn to cohabitate with all sorts of people and other pets. She is very much a people-oriented dog and will sit at the back door crying to come inside; definitely a house dog in training!
Nina has some seriously energetic breeds in her mix, and will do well with lots of exercise and interactive play daily. She is smart and really wants to be someone's life partner - maybe agility training or search and rescue work with her person would be in her future. She is eager to please and wants to know exactly what you would like from her. She will be fun to train, and will do best in a family where there is someone to keep her intelligent mind and active body engaged most of each day.
Here is a brief video of Nina; we'll update with a better video soon!
Nina comes with a 30-day money-back trial adoption period.
Spay/neuter, worming, microchip and all age-appropriate shots are always completed before placement, and are included in the adoption fee (suggested minimum $95; more gratefully accepted!)
