Jasmine C1057

Jasmine arrived at the shelter (along with Oliver, listed separately) as a casualty of divorce. She is a sweet, slightly shy grey and white tuxedo girl, just barely a senior at 11 years old. Jasmine is used to being an indoor only cat since she was a kitten, so should remain indoor only. She is in good health and will be an easy keeper for the lucky person who brings her home. She is used to eating the same special urinary tract diet as Oliver, though she has not actually had any urinary tract issues, so could switch over to a diet of your choice fairly easily.

She is the last kitty to join in the catnip fun in the Room 4 video below. That is pretty typical for Jasmine - she is a little bit cautious, just a little nervous in new situations, and would likely prefer a fairly calm home and family. She likes to peek out from cubbies and caves to see what is happening in the world, and is quite affectionate with the lucky volunteers she invites as friends. Jasmine is looking forward to having a bed to sleep on, and a human to sleep next to, again.

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Jasmine is suggested minimum $20 (more gratefully accepted), or she is eligible for the Senior for Senior program: adopters over age 65 may name their own adoption fee (even $0). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
